This is a replacement power Jack/Socket/Port for Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP. One of the potential culprits for a system failing to take charge could be the connection to the system. If it's looking like it's seen better days and all else has failed to resolve the issue, maybe it's time to replace the charge port.
